- – Within a time frame of 24 working hours, our customer service representative will contact you & would cater your concerns. Do mention your name, order placement number and email address, it should be the same as mentioned while placing the order.
- – Our representative will provide the detailed postal address once an approval for the return/exchange has been granted.
- – Our customers should feel free and contact us at [email protected] for their respective quests and queries.
Mandatory Terms for Returnable Articles
- – Money back or exchange guarantee is valid for 30 days only.
- – Returns are accepted within 30 days (from the date of product reaches at customer doorstep).
- – The return should also include Original packing, original invoice along with the product.
- – The product should be in the same new condition with tags attached.
- – Refund* will be issued withing 90 days from the date of article received back.
Mandatory Terms for Non Returnable Articles
Customized leather product orders on demand are non- returnable & non- exchangeable. Although we do offer alterations on customized orders with very minimal charges ranging from $15 to $40 relying on the nature of alteration wanted.
- – In order to reduce the risk we highly recommend you to double check your desired order with the available Size chart on our website so that exact order’s size and color can be assured.We process all orders as per buyers detailed size and color. There is no return or exchange in this case.
- – Inspect the jackets at the receiving time as worn or altered items are not returned. Also, do not forget to contact us before making any return or exchange.
- – To pull off the habit of resale generation there is no refund/ return issued to the customer ordering more than two products at one time. This is done to restrict the trail taken.
Return & Handling:
– It would take 7 to 10 business days after receiving your email to process the returns.
– All Refunds would be made to the original payment method i.e. PayPal or Credit Card.
– Shipping charges remain non-refundable.
