1. Where to Find Your Tracking Information
Tracking numbers are generated as soon as your garment passes final quality inspection and is handed to our express shipping partners (DHL Express, FedEx, or national postal carriers):
- Automated Dispatch Email: You will receive an email titled “Your Leather Jackets USA Order Has Shipped!” containing your direct courier tracking link.
- Online Order Portal: Visit our dedicated Track Order page and enter your Order ID and billing email.
- Customer Account: Log in to your Customer Account to review all past and active order statuses in one convenient dashboard.
2. Understanding Tracking Status Milestones
- Order Confirmed & In Production: Our leather artisans are selecting hides, cutting patterns, assembling hardware, and inspecting seams.
- Dispatched / Manifest Created: Parcel has been packaged and registered with the courier. Tracking scans will update within 12–24 hours.
- In Transit: Your package is in express air transit to your destination country.
- Out for Delivery: The local courier facility has assigned your package for delivery today.
3. Delivery Schedule & Inquiries
Remember that all orders are delivered globally within 10 to 15 calendar days (within 2 weeks). If your tracking status has not updated for more than 48 hours or you need to arrange a delivery hold, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your Order ID.
