Once your returned package arrives at our receiving facility, our quality control team inspects the garment within 24 to 48 business hours to verify that tags are intact and the jacket is in unworn original condition.
2. Instant Refund Authorization
Immediately upon inspection approval, our billing department issues your refund. You will receive an automated confirmation email with your credit transaction reference.
3. Bank & Payment Method Posting Timelines
The time it takes for refunded funds to appear on your bank statement depends on your financial institution:
- Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex): Typically 3 to 5 business days, depending on your card issuer’s billing cycle.
- PayPal: Instant posting to your PayPal balance; 2 to 3 business days if routed back to an underlying bank account.
- Apple Pay / Google Pay: 2 to 4 business days directly to the linked account.
