Eligibility & Conditions

• Items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and free of perfume, smoke, or pet hair.
• All original designer tags, labels, and protective packaging must be intact.
• Return requests must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date of confirmed delivery.

Exclusions & Final Sale Items

• Custom-Tailored & Made-to-Measure Items: Jackets custom-made to individual body measurements, custom color requests, or bespoke alterations cannot be returned or refunded, as they are personalized specifically for you.
• Final Sale / Clearance: Items specifically marked as Final Clearance or Archive Sale are not eligible for returns.

Refund Processing Timeline

Once your returned item arrives at our inspection facility, our quality control team will inspect the garment within 2 to 3 business days. Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days (depending on your bank or card issuer’s clearing cycle).

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Send an email to [email protected] with your Order ID, contact name, and the reason for your return or exchange.
2. Our support desk will reply within 24 business hours with your Return Authorization and precise return shipping instructions.
3. Package the jacket securely in its original packaging and dispatch via a tracked courier service.
